Support Solutions was my first introduction to managing a project from the get go. It is a company owned and run by my family. I was trusted as a young budding designer to build the brand for what started as a local company in York. Now the brand has expanded, franchised and covers numerous locations across the UK.
We started with a basic logo and website back in 2014 which moved on into brand collateral and advertising/digital media as time progressed. These were the original tasks that essentially kicked off what is White Design & Media today.
As the company expanded so did the requirements, a simple logo turned into a complete in depth brand guide. A basic website now a multi page & multi location franchise site which accommodates all new locations too as the company expands.
Support Solutions has also required in depth Google Advertising campaigns targeted across the country at niche markets and also detailed recruitment adverts on both Google and Social platforms.
